When do I get my free week?
The free week is awarded once your referral has successfully signed up and paid 6 weeks of rental. It is then applied to your own rental — you skip a weekly payment.
Which rentals does it apply to?
The programme applies exclusively to Askoll electric moped and ETT e-bike rentals. The reward is one free rental week and is non-negotiable.
How many friends can I refer?
There is no set cap — every referral who stays 6 weeks earns you another free rental week.
What could make me lose the reward?
Not following the process. If your referral misses payments on their rental, or if you are behind on yours, the free week is not applicable and may result in disqualification from the programme.
Do I need my friend’s permission?
Yes. By sharing your referral’s contact details you confirm you have their consent for us to contact them about our services.
