Can I rent a bike to deliver for Deliveroo in London?

Every rental includes hire-and-reward insurance certified for Deliveroo, GPS tracking, free servicing and breakdown replacement, with no deposit and no credit check. The ETT Trayser 2.0 e-bike needs no licence or CBT; the mopeds require a CBT.
Otto runs branded Deliveroo electric vehicles in London — roughly 40 branded e-bikes and 10 branded e-mopeds at the latest count. Riders collect at the Hammersmith workshop (66 Paddenswick Road, W6 0UB) and are usually on the road within a few days of reserving. As the fleet is fully electric, there is no ULEZ or congestion charge.

Is Otto an official Deliveroo partner?
Yes. Otto is an official Deliveroo partner and runs branded Deliveroo electric vehicles in London — currently around 40 branded e-bikes and 10 branded e-mopeds on the road, with more being added.
Are there Deliveroo rider discounts?
Yes — through the Deliveroo partnership, eligible new riders get introductory savings of up to 14% off in the first four weeks and up to 23% over the first eight weeks. We’ll apply the current offer when you reserve.
Do I need a CBT to deliver for Deliveroo with Otto?
For an electric moped, yes — a UK provisional/full licence plus a CBT certificate. If you’d rather skip the CBT, the ETT Trayser 2.0 e-bike needs no licence and is fully Deliveroo-ready.
Is the insurance valid for Deliveroo delivery?
Yes. Every Otto rental includes hire-and-reward insurance certified for food delivery on Deliveroo (and Uber Eats, Just Eat, Stuart and Relay), from the moment you collect the bike.
